Prisma Health Hands-Only CPR Class 
Prisma Health Heart Hospital offers a 30-minute program for schools and community groups that teaches
two important things:
• How to recognize the earliest warning signs and symptoms of heart attack and know what to do
• How to perform Hands-Only CPR, which is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths
Hands-Only CPR is recommended for use by people who see a teen or adult suddenly collapse in an “out-of hospital” setting (such as at home, at work or in a park). This hands-on, interactive training gives people the confidence they need to take action and save a life.
