SPRING TENNIS PROGRAMS
The LCTC Junior Tennis Program will be under the direction of Brian Clary, Director of Tennis, and Terence Rosenthal, Head Tennis Professional. They both are USPTA and PTR Certified Coaches with over 50 years of combined experience coaching tennis of all ages and levels. Below is our program for this coming Spring 2024!
Session I: Feb 5 - Mar 22, 2024 Session II: Apr 2 - May 24, 2024

Jr. Development - Tennis:
Quickstart Program– These classes are designed to get kids playing tennis quickly with age appropriate racquets, balls, and court size. Through dynamic drills kids learn quicker and with better technique than using conventional equipment. These classes are designed for kids just starting out who may not be ready for match play. Additional classes can be arranged if these class times don’t work. · Red Ball: (ages 4-7) Tuesday and/or Thursday 4:15pm - 5:00pm
· Orange Ball Level I: (ages 8-10) Tuesday and/or Thursday 5:00 - 6:00pm
· Green Dot Level I: (ages 11-14) Tuesday and/or Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Intermediate Program– This class is designed for kids looking to add match play and/or team tennis to further develop their skills and enjoyment of the sport. Kids will continue working on developing their technique while adding basic strategy and footwork. Additional classes can be arranged if these class times don’t work. · Orange Ball Level II: (ages 9-10) Monday 4:30pm - 5:30pm and/or Wednesday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
$105/Session; $200/if attending both days per week
· Green Dot Level II: (ages 11-15) Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm and/or Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:30pm
$105/Session Monday Only; $158/Session Wednesday Only; $260/Session Monday & Wednesday
JV/Varsity– This class is designed for high school aged kids looking to keep active during the off season and work on their games without a huge time commitment. We will work primarily on stroke development and point play while adding match play periodically. Monday & Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00pm $90/one day per week; $170/two days per week

Live Ball
Live Ball is a fast-paced class focusing on point play, movement and strategy. You're guaranteed to hit a ton of balls and get an awesome workout. The majority of participants burn between 700-1000 calories during a 90-minute session.
SPRING PICKLEBALL PROGRAMS
The LCTC Pickleball Program will be under the direction of Brian Clary, Director of Tennis & Pickleball Operations for Lexington County. All lessons will be taught by certified professional coach Alex Mouton.

Jr. Development - Pickleball:
Jr. Pickleball Program– These classes are designed to get kids playing pickleball quickly with age appropriate skills and drills. Through dynamic drills, kids learn quickly the necessary skills required to control their swing speeds, and paddle face for better control. These classes are designed for kids just starting out who desire playing matches as quickly as possible. Classes will be divided by ages once registration takes place. Additional instructors may be required each class. Additional classes can be arranged if these class times don’t work. Adult Classes:
Adult Pickleball– These classes are designed to get adults playing pickleball quickly. We want you playing! Through dynamic drills adults can quickly learn the necessary skills required to control their swing speeds, paddle face and movement for better control, exercise and injury prevention. These classes are designed to get you playing matches quickly if you’re a beginner or with more strategy as an intermediate.
Additional classes can be arranged if these class times don’t work.
$105/Session; $195/Session if playing two days per week (session dates are listed above)
· Adult Beginners: Tuesday’s and/or Thursday’s 7:00 - 8:00pm ; Saturday’s 12:00 - 1:00pm
· Adult Intermediate: Tuesday's and/or Thursday's 6:00 - 7:00pm ; Saturday’s 1:00 - 2:00pm
Drill ’N Play– These classes are designed to help players work on specific shots, when to use them, and to become more proficient using them during match play. The idea is to work on a specific shot, practice the shot with dynamic drills and then play with the intent to use the shot at the right times during play. See the class schedule below. 45minutes of drill time followed by 45 minutes of match play. 8 player limit, other classes can be added to accommodate demand and schedules. See Alex for more drill times.
