This intermediate class is designed for players that have previous playing experience with the basic knowledge, technical skills and knowledge of the basic shots as well as how to keep score. You will be provided with different strategy tips, learn how and where to position on the court as well as how to enhance your current skills.

Pink Ladies Pickleball Group Class

Date: Jan 7th-Feb 11th (Wednesdays 9:30-11:00 am)
Cost: $120

This class is for ladies 60+ with a DUPR rating of 2.75-3.25. If you have played for a year or more and know the basic rules of pickleball and terminology of shots along with the areas of the court. This class you will be taught defensive and offensive strategies to enhance your game for more fun on the court.

2026 Winter Swish Round Robin Play-Session 1
Organized play, 6 weeks using the Swish & DUPR Apps while have fun, getting exercise & playing competitively!  Warm up upon arrival on your own. You will rotate against partners in your division getting as many games as possible in 2 hours!  Sign up according to your DUPR!  DUPR scores will ONLY be submitted weeks 3 and 6!

A gentle form of yoga performed while either sitting or standing and using the support of a chair.  Chair Yoga emphasizes basic movements for a total body stretch that will improve balance, core strength, and improve overall fitness and body awareness.  Classes will wrap-up with deep breathing techniques and meditation.

Spring 2026 Youth Volleyball League

The program is designed to teach girls the fundamentals of volleyball. We will have teams for girls between the ages of 7 - 17. 
Age divisions may be realigned depending on registration numbers.

***Please make sure you register your player at the correct practice location:
Lexington (Barr Road Sports Complex) OR Gilbert/Batesburg (Gilbert-Summit Multi-Purpose Facility)***

Practices will be held at the location you sign up your player:
Barr Road Sports Complex (213 Barr Road, Lexington, SC) OR the Gilbert Gym (411 Broad Street, Gilbert)
Matches will be played at BOTH facilities:
Barr Road Sports Complex AND the Gilbert-Summit Sports Complex (411 Broad Street, Gilbert - Gym behind the Senior Center)

Spring 2026 Season Information

Registration Dates: December 1st, 2025 - January 10th, 2026 (or until full)
Season Dates: March 6th - May 1st 
Ages: 7 - 17 (9u, 12u & 17u Divisions)
Cost:  $97 per player (plus processing fee of $3) 
Practices start the week of February 16th
Matches start Friday, March 6th, 2026

Pictures will be scheduled during practice times. Please wear or bring your jersey.
Season concludes Friday, May 1st

You will be contacted by your child's coach by Friday, February 13th  with practice days and information for the season. 
If you are interested in helping coach a team, please sign up as a volunteer when you register your player!

Practices will be 1hr, one night, Monday - Thursday between 6pm - 9pm at the location you register your player. 
Matches take place on Friday nights between 6pm - 9pm at either the Barr Road or Gilbert Gym.

Special Requests
There is a special requests question during registration.  Please let us know if there are specific nights your child needs to practice, carpool requirements, if you would like to return to the same team, etc.

2026 Spring 7v7 Passing League

This program is a flag football league designed to teach the fundamentals of route running, passing, and pass defense for players, co-ed ages 13-15.
Practices and games will be held at Barr Road Sports Complex, 213 Barr Road, Lexington, SC.

Dates: December 1, 2025 – February 16, 2026  (or until full)
Ages: 13 - 15
Birthdate Requirements:
9/2/2009 - 9/1/2012
We use the player's age as of September 1st, 2025

This six-week STARS Youth Volleyball Academy is for girls and boys ages 7 - 14 who want to have fun while learning the basic skills of volleyball. The athletes will be trained in all areas of the game to develop as individual athletes. We will instill good volleyball techniques and habits in aspiring volleyball players to encourage them to become passionate about the sport.
