Archery

Beginners Archery Class    $30 •  This one day class is required in order to register for Level 1 Archery

F.A.S.T.  Clinics

2 HOUR F.A.S.T (Fundamental Agility & Speed Training) CLINIC 
Date:  Saturday, July 27th
Times:  9 - 11am
Ages:  Co-ed, 10 - 16 years
Requirements:  Water and Cleats
Location:  Barr Road Sports Complex Field 1 (behind the gym)
Cost: $35/class


This clinic will be held outdoors at Barr Road Sports Complex and will be a two hour clinic spent working developmental drill work of reactive strength and run form development as well as working linear bursts, change of directions, acceleration, and deceleration drills. The clinic will start with a dynamic warm up, and breaks will be allowed as needed. 

Shooting Stars Basketball Clinic

Back by popular demand, Barr Rd Sports Complex is excited to have NIKE Basketball Camp Director, Coach Jason Harman, and his incredible staff for an afternoon of learning the finer points of shooting the basketball! Come gain knowledge, compete in contests, and have fun in this “all shooting” clinic designed to help you set the foundation for becoming an excellent shooter!

A gentle form of yoga performed while either sitting or standing and using the support of a chair.  Chair Yoga emphasizes basic movements for a total body stretch that will improve balance, core strength, and improve overall fitness and body awareness.  Classes will wrap-up with deep breathing techniques and meditation.

Youth Pickleball Fall Season

Registration Dates: July 1 - August 19th, 2024 (or until full)
Season Dates: Aug 20  - Sep 26
Ages: 6 - 15

Cost:  $87 per player (plus processing fee of $3) 
Practices start the week of Aug 20th
Season concludes Thursday, September 26th 

Practices will be from 4pm - 5:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays


Youth Volleyball Fall Season

**Please make sure you register your player at the correct practice location**
Lexington (Barr Road Sports Complex) OR Gilbert/Batesburg (Gilbert-Summit Multi-Purpose Facility)

The program is designed to teach girls the fundamentals of volleyball. We will have teams for girls between the ages of 7 - 17. 
Age divisions may be realigned depending on registration numbers.

Matches & practices will be held at Barr Road Sports Complex (213 Barr Road, Lexington, SC) & the Gilbert-Summit Sports Complex (409 Broad Street, Gilbert - Gym behind the Senior Center)

Fall 2024 Season Information

Registration Dates: July 1 - 31, 2024 (or until full)
Season Dates: Aug 19  - Oct 25
Ages: 7 - 17 (9u, 12u & 17u Divisions)
Cost:  $87 per player (plus processing fee of $3) 
Practices start the week of Aug 19
Matches start Friday, Sept 6
Pictures will be taken during practice times the week of September 9. Please wear or bring your jersey.
Season concludes Friday, Oct 25 

Practices will be 1hr, one night, Monday - Thursday between 6pm - 9pm. 
Matches take place on Friday nights between 6pm - 9pm.

Special Requests
There is a special requests question during registration.  Please let us know if there are specific nights your child needs to practice, carpool requirements, if you would like to return to the same team, etc.

We will do out best to honor requests, but cannot make guarantees.

STARS Youth Volleyball Academy

This six-week STARS Youth Volleyball Academy is for girls and boys ages 7 - 14 who want to have fun while learning the basic skills of volleyball. The athletes will be trained in all areas of the game to develop as individual athletes. We will instill good volleyball techniques and habits in aspiring volleyball players to encourage them to become passionate about the sport.

Season Dates: Aug 19 - Oct 2
Days:  Mondays & Wednesdays
Times:  4 - 5:30pm
Ages: Co-ed, 7 - 14
Cost:  $120 per player (plus processing fee of $3)
