Lexington County is proud to introduce our newest program!!
Lexington County Developmental Program:
This program is designed for players who are just now beginning to play youth basketball! It is for 1st and 2nd year players who are still new and learning the great game of Basketball. This league will be limited to 40 players. Each team will have 10 players per team. Teams will practice once during the week and play one game on Saturday during the season. No records or tournaments will be kept for this league.
Program Information:
Registration Dates: October 1st-16th (Or until the league fills up)
Cost: $87 per player
Ages: 7-8 Year old only (Boys )
Practice Times: Varies- Depending on the coach
Game Times: Saturday
Season Dates: November through January
Key Program Rules:
1. Playing Time Equal playing time
2. Set Defense Only player-to-player defense throughout the competition
3. Pressing Defense Pressing is not allowed throughout the competition
4. Double-Team/Crowding Double-team/crowding is not allowed throughout the competition
5. Stealing From the Dribbler Stealing from a dribbler is not allowed throughout the competition
