This program will offer classes and workshops geared toward senior adults but open to all adults. The purpose of the Discover, Learn, and Share program is offer programs that will expand our minds, interests and talents. Why not try a new skill or learn about a new topic.

Health Promotion Fitness/Exercise
Exercise classes and nutrition information is offered at our Senior Centers. The Senior Strength Training program, based at the Tri-City Leisure Center, helps to enhance flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. This program works on a one-on-one basis and is monitored by trained professionals in the field using state of the art equipment and techniques. Call 803.939.9311 for more information.
Seniorcise
Seniorcise is an ongoing exercise class designed for the specific needs of seniors. Everyone works at their own pace and fitness level. The class focuses on strength training, aerobic endurance, flexibility and coordination with the use of hand weights, exercise bands, and low impact aerobics.
