Thank you for your interest in our After School Program.  We will provide your child the opportunity to experience enrichment programs such as educational, recreational and athletic activities in a structured, yet fun environment.  The program is specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual child.  Your child will participate in a wide range of organized activities which will include sports, games, arts and crafts, field trips, special events and other activities for the enjoyment and development of the program members.

SCHEDULE

The After School Program will be held Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:00 p.m.  Once the children have arrived and checked in, they are provided with a snack and supervised free play.  They are divided into groups for activity time beginning at 4:00 p.m.  A monthly calendar of activities will be provided for parents on the first Monday of each month.  Members are encouraged to bring their homework.  On the days that school is not in session, Special Day Camps will be offered, if the minimum number is met, from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with drop off time as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick up time as late as 6:00 p.m.  Parents, it is very important that your children be dropped off no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.  A $1.00 per minute late pick up fee per child will be charged for every minute after 6:00 p.m.  Realizing that emergencies do arise, a phone call to the Director before 6:00 p.m. may avoid this charge.

IMPORTANT: Persons signing out children must be authorized by parents to pick up children (listed on application, written permission or phone call by parent) and will be required to provide photo identification.
