Baseball 4/5YO Coach Help

This email is going to the parents of the 34 registered players so far for the 4/5YO program for the fall season:

Hello parents,
We only have two head coaches and two assistant coaches registered for the 4/5YO program. We would like to have six teams but need your help. The 4/5YO program, assuming we have an even number of teams, will have games on Mondays and Saturdays. The games last one hour. Teams will have 2-4 practices before the season starts and then once games start, teams usually don't have practices.

Lil Sluggers will provide training material to our coaches and our club will also provide practice and game approach plans. The commitment is about 2-1/2 hours per week.

If you are willing to be a head coach, an assistant coach or a team mom or dad (coordinates snacks, dugout support, etc), please either create a volunteer record (see the How To for Coaches link on our website) or send an email back and we can guide you through the process.

This is the age we struggle to get coaches because while most players are just starting out, coaches are just starting to and parents are hesitant.
