ENTRY FEE DEADLINE:

March 15, 2014. All financial contributions towards each player will be totaled by March 15.

ENTRY FEE OPTIONS:

• $75: Entry fee includes a 9-hole round of lax-golf, 3 raffle tickets for prizes donated by generous sponsors, and a tournament t-shirt.
• $125 or more: Entry fee includes 9-hole round of lax-golf, 5 raffle tickets for prizes donated by sponsors, tournament t-shirt, and a personalized team lacrosse bag.
• Top Donation (Must be above $200 total): A player who raises the most money total prior to the entry fee deadline automatically receives a grand prize
• Mulligans: A maximum of 2 mulligans can be purchased for $5 each. Mulligans cannot be used towards the total money raised, but are a great way to increase the chances at a better score in an attempt to win big prizes.
• Purchase A Putter: For an additional $10, players are permitted to use a putter for the duration of the competition on each green if they feel it increases their chances at a better score. Purchasing a putter cannot be used towards the total money raised, but they can be a great advantage. Participants must provide their own putter. Putters cannot be shared within a group if other participants have not purchased the use of a putter.

TEE TIMES & REGISTRATION:

Players will sign up to be a part of an available group time using the Google Doc at the top of this page.

Each group must have a parent walking with them to record scores and help follow tournament guidelines as outlined on the scorecard.

PRIZES:

Registrants in the tournament have the opportunity to earn valuable prizes for the following:

• Highest total money raised by the registration deadline
• Lowest score for the designated age groups
• Lowest score for the entire tournament
• Raffle winners

PROCEEDS:

Proceeds from the event will go towards the support of Meg’s Smile Foundation in the constant battle against brain cancer, the Youth Lacrosse System, L.L.C. in the growth and education of high level lacrosse since 2005, and South Wake Sports, Inc. a non-profit local organization that provides fields and equipment towards the growth of lacrosse in the area.

DONATIONS:

Donations made on behalf of a participant can be completed in the following ways by the entry fee deadline:

• Checks made out to South Wake Sports, Inc with the player full name in the Memo and mailed to the participant or to: South Wake Sports, Inc. at 540 Country Lane, Holly Springs, NC 27540
• Online credit card donation by clicking on DONATE and adding the name of the player to which the donation applies.
• Players are not required to solicit outside donations for any aspect of their total entry fee if they choose not to.
• Payments can be handed in labeled envelopes to the YLS Directors at practices or games prior to the entry deadline.
• Additional donations on behalf of a player can be accepted at anytime during the season at www.YLSLacrosse.com NOTE: donations after the deadline will not count towards the tournament entry fee.
